Do I have to register to place an order?
You do not need to register for an account to place an order. If you do register, however, your address and order information will be safely stored to make future purchases easier, and also allows us to assist you more quickly with any order or shipping related inquiries.
Is there a minimum order amount?
No, there is no minimum order.
How do I know if my order has been processed?
As soon as we receive your order, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to the address you have provided. Once the order has left our warehouse, a follow-up email with tracking information will be sent.
Shipping & Delivery
How much are the shipping costs?
From an order value of 100€ we deliver free of shipping costs. If the order value is less than 100€, the shipping costs will be 10€. The shipping costs and the order value for free delivery to other countries can be found here.
When can I expect it to be shipped?
Our delivery time is usually 6-9 working days. If your order is placed between Monday and Friday before 12 noon, we will ship your order the same day. Excluding public holidays. Information about delivery times to other countries can be found here.
How can I track the status of my delivery?
As soon as your delivery leaves our logistics center, you will receive a shipping confirmation. In the mail you will find a link with which you can track your shipment. If you do not find this confirmation of shipping, please check your spam folder.
What forms of payment do you accept?
At our online store you can choose between various payment options such as purchase on account, payment by credit card, PayPal or by instant bank transfer. You can find more information here.
Are there any additional charges for ordering online?
No. There are no additional costs for you as a customer for any of the payment options we offer.
How do I use my discount or coupon code?
Simply enter your discount code on the shopping cart page before proceeding to checkout.
Returns & Warranty
I received the wrong item, the goods are damaged, or the product was otherwise not as expected. Can I return my order and receive a refund?
To return your shipment, please use our returns portal. Here you will receive your return label, which you simply attach to the package and bring to the parcel service provider. You can find more information here.

Who pays for the return?
